Delighted customer. I had a 2002 Subaru Outback that was on it's last leg. I researched many dealers and decided on Brookside Motors in Dover. I really didn't expect to h I had a 2002 Subaru Outback that was on it's last leg. I researched many dealers and decided on Brookside Motors in Dover. I really didn't expect to have any success and thought I would have to go back to the Buy here/Pay here dealer. I met with Jason and he welcomed me with a fresh hot cup of coffee and a smile. While I walked the huge lot of beautiful cars, Chuck and Jason worked on the financing that would meet my budget. I fell in love with a Jeep Liberty and Jason and I took it on a test drive. After waiting for the banks to do their thing, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the Jeep was affordable for me. Thanks to the hard work done by Chuck and Jason, I drove home in my beautiful Jeep. I never expected that I would have been so pleased or that I would have the Jeep that day. I would definitely recommend Brookside Motors and please talk with Jason and Chuck. They will do everything in their power to meet your needs. Thanks Jason, thanks Chuck for renewing my faith in car dealers and treating me with respect and consideration. I will most certainly be back if I need another vehicle (but my Jeep should last me a very long time!). More

Tim and I sat down and discussed what kind of car I wanted, my dominant buying motive, my budget, my trade and financing - at which point Chuck Warfield joined the conversation. Chuck and Tim helped me get financing 4 points below what my less-than-perfect credit score warranted. I drove away in a car that matched what I was looking for exactly. After shopping most of york and lancaster county I wish I would have just started at brookside. The price was comparable to others but they gave us more for our trade and made the numbers work. Totally Respected and Blessed!!!!!! I had stopped just to look and was greeted within minutes by Jason! He was so nice and respectful and listened to everything I was looking for, he too I had stopped just to look and was greeted within minutes by Jason! He was so nice and respectful and listened to everything I was looking for, he took the time to go above and beyond! I was looking for a newer vehicle for my kids and found the perfect one. Chuck and Jason took the time to talk to the banks and get exactly what I needed in my budget and with no co-signer!!! I am so impressed with all the hard work they put in to making my "dream" a reality. I ended up having to return do to a special item I had forgotten in my old vehicle, and Tim stepped in to finish the deal, I couldn't figure out how to connect my cell phone and he made it happen. All 3 of you have made my year and my kids are so happy and excited! We now have a reliable vehicle that I feel 100% safe in!
