Hands down the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had buying a car! I drive by them everyday and finally decided to checkout their offers. The website was easy to navigate and I filled out the pre-approval application and within 30 minutes Tim called me with some follow up questions. The next day we drove our car off the lot! This is the only family I will buy my car from. THANK YOU TIM AND CHUCK! You gave us much much more than a "deal"!!!! I promise you won't regret visiting them! More

We did not think with our current credit situation we would be able to. We thought even if we could we were looking at maybe a 2007 or 2008. They spent their time working to get the deal done for us, in the end they got us a great rate and we ended up getting a 2011 Dodge Durango, that we absolutely love! They worked to get us the great deal, informed us every step of the way, made sure if we needed anything while we were waiting, and even put cartoons on for our daughter and got her coloring books and crayons. Everyone was so nice and helpful, We will definitely go back for all of our future vehicles! We cannot thank them enough for everything! More

Delighted customer. I had a 2002 Subaru Outback that was on it's last leg. I researched many dealers and decided on Brookside Motors in Dover. I really didn't expect to have any success and thought I would have to go back to the Buy here/Pay here dealer. I met with Jason and he welcomed me with a fresh hot cup of coffee and a smile. While I walked the huge lot of beautiful cars, Chuck and Jason worked on the financing that would meet my budget. I fell in love with a Jeep Liberty and Jason and I took it on a test drive. After waiting for the banks to do their thing, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the Jeep was affordable for me. Thanks to the hard work done by Chuck and Jason, I drove home in my beautiful Jeep. I never expected that I would have been so pleased or that I would have the Jeep that day. I would definitely recommend Brookside Motors and please talk with Jason and Chuck. They will do everything in their power to meet your needs. Thanks Jason, thanks Chuck for renewing my faith in car dealers and treating me with respect and consideration.
