We didn't think we were going to be able to get my Wife into the 2013 Dart she reallllllllly wanted but Chuck was a quick thinker and said I could use my car which I only had $500 left to pay on it and use that for a trade and when I went back in the summer to look for a truck I could trade her car in since you can usually roll over negative equity into a truck easier. And as it turned out they had the truck I was looking for on the lot as well. So I said Chuck and Wes make me the deal of a lifetime and I will walk out this door with 2 vehicles not just 1. Wes crunched the numbers and gave me a heck of a deal on a power-train warranty and a low monthly payment and the next day I drove away in a new used 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 and my wife drove away in a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT Sedan. Went the EXTRA Mile I haven't purchased a car, from BROOKESIDE MOTORS, but that did not stop them from working with me in having my girlfriend’s car repaired (which she d I haven't purchased a car, from BROOKESIDE MOTORS, but that did not stop them from working with me in having my girlfriend’s car repaired (which she did purchase from them). I certainly have to give Chuck, the Service Department and the entire staff my undying gratitude! The car, a 2005 Mini Cooper was purchased in November 2013 and it wasn't until June 2014 that we discovered that the tie-rod assemblies were bad causing the alignment to be out and the tires to wear to the steel bands. After making BROOKESIDE aware of the issue not only did the reimburse half of the purchase price of the new tires, they also had the tie-rod assembles fixed and aligned at their expense! I can't say thank you enough! Chuck went out of his way to communicate with me personally, until I was satisfied! I find it very refreshing that the crew at BROOKSIDE MOTORS didn't hesitate to accept responsibility and do the right thing for my girlfriend. They truly to care about their customers and will absolutely go the distance to satisfy the customer! When it comes time for a car purchase for me or my daughter, I know that I will not have to look any further than to BROOKSIDE MOTORS! More

The service from the time my fiance and I arrived on the lot was top notch. My fiance and I had a few issues between us at the dealership and they were just not trying to sell us a car but wanted us to make the best decision that we both would be comfortable with. We were even told buy Tim "Yes, we want to sell a car but you both being comfortable with this is more important and if you are then don't do this" Well needless to say, any sales person that is going to tell you they want you to be happy even if it means not buying the car......well what do you say to that??? I could write a short novel regarding the great customer service from Tim and Chuck, but I dont want to leave out the finance people, they were great and quick! Can you say in and out in 1 1/2 hours. My sincere thanks to everyone. We have friends for life and a super economical car (we both work in Maryland) My fiance has the chance to better his credit and it was a great experience.
