Drove 3 1/2 hours on a Saturday for a specific model and everyone was more than accommodating for us. They stayed late for my convenience and Chuck and Ryan Lynch (our salesman) worked and worked to get us everyone was more than accommodating for us. From that point on, she did everything she could to make my car-buying experience as sm The moment I stepped out of my car, I was greeted by Courtney. From that point on, she did everything she could to make my car-buying experience as smooth as possible. I had my car to trade in as well as another one parked in a separate location, and was taken by Courtney to retrieve it. Not only that, but she also took me back to that location later to retrieve the title. While awaiting the paperwork, all of the staff made me feel comfortable and at home. Lastly, I decided not to trade in the car I drove in with and, once the deal was done, I drove my car home while Courtney followed me in my new truck and her manager Chuck followed us his car just so I wouldn't have to return to Thornton later to pick up my car. I would highly recommend Courtney and Thornton Automotive to anyone looking to buy a new car. More
