After weeks of negotiations with staff at O'Danials Honda, no return calls, and lack of service, we started hunting around for another vehicle. After driving through Honda Cars of Bellevue twice and not finding what was listed on their website, I got ahold of Kevin who not only found the vehicle in 5 minutes but set up a time to look at it the next afternoon. Kevin also was kind enough to read us the car fax which kept us out of a vehicle that we wouldn't buy knowing what had happened to it. Instead we purchased a new vehicle and did so within 4 hours. Thanks for saving me weeks of issues, phone calls, and poor service. Kevin was very easy to deal with and I would greatly recommend him to friends and family. More

I spent a lot of time researching the kind of car I wanted--- I created a list of about six vehicles and whittled it down to two after visiting about four dealerships and looking at the cars personally. Between the Toyota and Honda dealerships, the way I was talked to and treated was HANDS-DOWN better at both Honda dealerships (Superior Honda & Honda Cars of Bellevue), which brought me to my final decision to buy new or used. After more research, I test drove a 2013 Honda Pilot. Nolan, the salesman, was patient (I had my kids with me), professional, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle of interest. We negotiated my trade-in and his colleague Cheryl and I negotiated the interest rate to purchase the vehicle. Throughout the process, I never felt pressured or talked down to (which is a pet-peeve to me). I am an educated and detail-oriented person; I expect in making a big purchase to be able to ask questions and to be treated with respect. This experience met my high expectations. It was actually a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership to others because of my experience. More

On this day, Honda Cars of Bellevue was our second visit and we quickly drove through the lot before seeing the Crosstour. It was a beauty but I didn't want to feel pressured so we left and went to three other dealerships before finally returning. Right away, Greg greeted us and got right down to business. He was very kind and we eventually found out that we have mutual connections in the local music scene. It was definitely not a quick process but when Cheryl stepped in to find us the best financing...the time just flew by. She is very knowledgeable and helped us find a great deal through Honda. Once again, it was a GREAT car buying experience!!! More
