I bought my very first car at Silver Star Motors at the end of last year and have nothing but amazing experiences with this dealership. Everyone that I have interacted with is amazing! I brought my car in end of last year and have nothing but amazing experiences with this dealership. Everyone that I have interacted with is amazing! I brought my car in for it’s first maintance last week and I was not disappointed. Cindy Casas was very attentive and made sure I didn’t wait long to get my car checked in and checked out once everything was done. Cindy made the entire process easy and stress free. She made sure to explain exactly what they would be doing with my car and kept me up to date on when my car would be ready for pick up. She was excellent. More

Cindy was awesome and went above and beyond her duty. She was diligent and patient, she was also very kind and a pleasure to work with. Now in regards to the Mechanic’s, I can’t speak too kindly about their was diligent and patient, she was also very kind and a pleasure to work with. Now in regards to the Mechanic’s, I can’t speak too kindly about their competence, my center console was not working when I took delivery of my vehicle after drop off, they fixed the issue promptly, but I feel as if that shouldn’t be an issue at all due to someone forgetting something. It also took over a week for my vehicle to actually have a diagnosis, I understand the mechanics were backed up but I felt that should have been relayed to me before I actually dropped off the vehicle. More
