I had an appointment at 10. She said it would be 3 hours for routine service and a recall. I said I could leave my car and come back. She scheduled it for 4. I waited another 20-30 minutes. When it was ready she said it didn’t get washed (she asked earlier in the day if I wanted it washed and said yes). If I wanted it washed I would have to wait behind 4 cars. I declined. She said I could come back and get a free wash. More
