When I’m not at work, you’ll most likely find me spending quality time with my family or enjoying the outdoors. I love off-road racing, heading out to the river, and camping whenever I get the chance. Music is always part of my day, and I never pass up a good game of basketball. I think Eric was a little busier than when I visited there last time. I especially appreciated receiving updates via text messages The team was very communicative, professional, and prompt throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated receiving updates via text messages and emails, as I prefer those forms of communication over phone calls. It made it easy to stay informed and keep track of everything. I’m also very grateful that they covered my steering wheel repair under warranty and provided a loaner vehicle so I could continue with my daily routine without disruption. Their excellent customer service, clear communication, and consideration made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you to the whole service team for a job well done! Highly recommend! They were very nice and even on a Sunday when I was stranded in Palm Springs made sure I was able to get to my destination without having service able to assess my car.
