Well I was happy when I bought the car I loved the vehicle but then about 3 or 4 months I need front and rear brakes parking brake shoes and I never use the parking brake at all.. I called the dealers vehicle but then about 3 or 4 months I need front and rear brakes parking brake shoes and I never use the parking brake at all.. I called the dealership because the parking brakes were never replaced the lever was seized and I went back to 2nd day when I bought the vehicle to have them fix it and they lied to me and said oh you gotta pull it up real hard Call the general manager's service they just gave me the run around and the only thing I asked them to do was pay for the rear parking brake shoes that dated and paid for are they didn't put on there they were at 030 seconds because of sea's brake shoes and their mechanic lied to me and allowed them to stay on there. I'm sorry I had to give you A1I gave them every opportunity to just be do just be real about the situation and what did they do they just ignore me they didn't call me back I had to call them it's like they didn't even care the only thing to care about is selling your car with faulty stuff on it and then given you the car and you pay him for everything within 3 months. They are shoddy they play games they have people that don't listen to you. I love the truck but I can't stand that they didn't you know change the brakes out in 4 months come on I need it breaks all the way around and a parking brake pair of shoes is air of shoes there's no way. So stay away from auto 1st if you buy a car because they don't do a great check on their vehicles and replace the things that need to be replaced. More

For being new to buying a car from a dealership these guys really took me in and treated me well. It felt like I was buying a car from a trusted friend. They really worked with me and got some a nice car for only being 18 with no help from family to buy a car. These guys took me in and even though I didn’t really have much to start with (no credit and only 1500 to put down for a car. They were able to track down a bank, find the cheapest auto insurance that would take me in and sent me out the door in reasonable time. They were fairly reasonable with their prices and couldn’t be happier. They really made the car shopping experience great and I do plan on being a customer with them for many years to come! More

Scott and the whole team there did an amazing job helping us out of a bad situation! We walked in upside down on a car loan and desperate and they worked the deal to where we were able to walk out with a dec us out of a bad situation!
