Mr. Robinson, We are sorry that you feel like you had a horrible experience with our dealership. That is truly not our intention. We strive to meet our customers needs and make sure they are satisfied with their purchase. The reviews we receive from our customers is a testament to those efforts. I would like to address some of your comments in the review: -Since we are a dealer in the state of Georgia we only know the taxes and fees that are specific to our state. Clara reached out to an INFINITI dealer in your home state of Mississippi to verify what taxes and fees would be associated with the purchase. Unfortunately, when we pushed your deal through the system it was flagged and updated to reflect that actual taxes and fees under your state laws; increasing your deal by $1,400. We were not misleading you in any capacity we were operating with information we had received from another dealer. While it is unfortunate, that $1,400 goes directly to your state. In no way, shape or form do we receive any of that money. -When you called up to our dealership and spoke with Craig, he was the only manager on duty. He politely took your call and listened to your frustrations. In no way, was he being dismissive of your claims, but there was nothing he could do. -When you called to speak with our Executive General Manager, Steve Kendrick you were not able to reach him by phone, as he oversees several dealerships and works at different stores each day and travels frequently. When you did reach his assistant, she informed you of this. She also gave you his email address stating that it was the best way to contact him if you needed to speak with him. He has not received an email from you to this day. Again, Mr. Robinson, we are sorry to hear that you feel as if you were mislead and had a horrible experience. Our team strives to make sure customers needs our met, however we do not have control over state taxes & fees.

The very day I wrote the review is when I sent the email. It seems as if this dealership only cares about the customers until they make the sale. As for Clara, I was told by her and the Financial manager that she contacted the state in regards to the taxes not another Infiniti Dealership in MS (that was not the whole truth then, if she would have called the state like she said she did then she would have gotten the correct taxes). Honestly I have no problem with paying the taxes it is the principle of the situation that your team fail to acknowledge. Also I am still awaiting response from the sales manager in regards to the dented bumper that I told Mrs. Salette about. She was suppose to get back with me on 12 April and no later than 13 April. today is 16 April and still no response. I called her and asked her about it today and her response was she got busy and didn't get around to it. So that further leads me to believe that the saying out of sight out of mind holds true. All I am asking for you guys to stand behind your product and the sale. PLEASE. Will I get a chance to speak with Mr. Kendrick or will I continue to be dismissed. Will it be better if I take the time to drive there in person to discuss the matter? Let me know please.
