I've been getting my car serviced here regularly for almost 7 years. We're about to have our 3rd child, so a couple of weeks ago when I was in to get an oil change, I asked if they could provide me with almost 7 years. We're about to have our 3rd child, so a couple of weeks ago when I was in to get an oil change, I asked if they could provide me with a trade-in estimate for my car as we were considering upgrading to a larger vehicle. After inspecting the car, they came back and told me that my car needed a new transmission, $5000 price tag, and as a result the trade in value for my 2016 Hyundai Tucson was a mere $2000. I asked the mechanic what sound he was hearing from the transmission, as the car had been driving fine. He described a clicking noise, (which the engine has been making for over 4 years)! I've asked about this same clicking noise in the past (when the car was under warranty, mind you) and had been told it was normal and there was nothing wrong with the engine. Now, after inquiring about a trade-in for the first time, all of a sudden my whole engine needs to be replaced? Shady, shady, shady. Needless to say, I traded my car in at another dealership and got $7,000 for it. So you do the math...steer clear. More

My experience with Hyundai service has always been great, we purchased our vehicle there and always feel we are getting the best service with upfront information about the cost and no gouging. We have starte we purchased our vehicle there and always feel we are getting the best service with upfront information about the cost and no gouging. We have started to bring our other vehicles there for service including even just an oil change. Love that we always get a free car wash after our service as weel. More
