I took my car for check on oil gauge,that was reading low was told that it would take 20 minutes to check 1,45 minutes later i had to ask where is my car ,almost ready was the response, nothing was wrong acc was told that it would take 20 minutes to check 1,45 minutes later i had to ask where is my car ,almost ready was the response, nothing was wrong according to service manager ,except for a minor leakage from radiator that may be causing car to run hot and perhaps burning more oil,so I made arrangements to return my car the following Monday early so I woul be able to have the car ready by afternoon for a job that would take 5/6 hours,service manager never called me I called to check several times and he told me that was almost ready, 1pm /4 pm finally around 615 pm I got a call to say car is ready . Well that was over 10 hours and the car was not cleaned because they didn’t have time for it the service manager had offered me a rental vehicle,but I had explained to him about the inconvenience,,and that is the 3rd time that I was given a timeframe and not fulfilled, and vehicle dirtier after promising that it would be washed I love the vehicle ,but the service leaves me very disappointed.] More

Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately, it was for a problem that my very new car had already been serviced for! Claudio and the team did a good job. I thought that Video Feature that you receive by email while you are waiting is awesome! The Waiting Room is O.K.. Not awesome but O.K. And the Alfa Showroom is the best Feature that you receive by email while you are waiting is awesome! The Waiting Room is O.K.. Not awesome but O.K. And the Alfa Showroom is the best place to wait for your car anyway :-) More

Need to listen carefully what customer is asking to check on the car. The follow up on jobs from Service Dept is vague. I’m still awaiting a call for the sunroof parts of my Alfa Romeo. I went there for an oil change and for them the check my tire pressure and they took off the hubcaps and one of the hubcaps went flying not happy with them so do me a favor and don't send me no more informa tire pressure and they took off the hubcaps and one of the hubcaps went flying not happy with them so do me a favor and don't send me no more information about this Fiat place I'm done very disappointed More
