I requested an appointment for Monday and work began on Thursday. The diagnosis was new convertible top and mechanism at a cost of thousands. Correct diagnosis low battery. They did credit the $477 diagnosis toward cost of new battery after multiple negotiations. However after paying $200 just for battery installation when I checked new battery once home, I found they just put the battery in tray and hooked up terminals. The hold down brackets were left on the trunk floor for me to do myself. More

Had to wait a month for parts to arrive. I would have done things differently if I knew it would take that long for motor mounts to arrive. Went in for a 12,000 mile service they told me I needed 2 rear tires they were not bad in my professional opinion and I have 50 vehicles. The fact is I wanted them rotated. Service was poor I would not recommend this dealership . Think I will trade car and do something else . More
