I requested an appointment for Monday and work began on Thursday. The diagnosis was new convertible top and mechanism at a cost of thousands. Correct diagnosis low battery. They did credit the $477 diagnosis toward cost of new battery after multiple negotiations. However after paying $200 just for battery installation when I checked new battery once home, I found they just put the battery in tray and hooked up terminals. Went in for a 12,000 mile service they told me I needed 2 rear tires they were not bad in my professional opinion and I have 50 vehicles.
