Went in for oil change Claudio Perez was amazing as always. Making appointment was super easy and he was great at follow up. Have to drop off car to get car assessed and will provide courtesy loaner. Claudio made sure to keep me updated via text and visited me in waiting room. He made sure car was cleaned after oil change. Tech tha completed the oil change did his inspection and went the video showing things that need to be addressed. Claudio was thorough and made sure everything was explained and what was covered under warranty and what was not while proving estimate for anything that I was responsible for paying. I went for my service package plan, but they told me it was not possible and I have to pay ,but last time claudio told me I gave one service left. I went some other place shoing the estamite of Claudio and they was some repair that I did not need . Finaly the other place repair what I really need for 770 usd , Claudio did broke the trust I have for Arigo Palm Beach for 10 years client . I will do my best to not return the your dealer car. More

Here’s the deal. I am sure on a normal day Claudio and the business are better, but holy moly I should not have to call every few hours to get an update on my vehicle I am sure on a normal day Claudio and the business are better, but holy moly I should not have to call every few hours to get an update on my vehicle and make sure the service would be completed in a timely fashion. I was surprised with a flat tire, so this was not a service scheduled in advance. Despite dropping the vehicle off the previous evening, it still took almost 2 full days to have my vehicle returned. And meanwhile, who knows how long it would have taken had I been more passive and not calling every couple hours. Claudio was perfectly pleasant, but at a certain point, communication is paramount. I appreciate things were busy as it was a holiday week, but this was pretty mind blowingly painful. Not sure if there needed to be more staff on call or what. Yes I will be back because this is the closest Maserati, but I do also feel obligated to provide this review. More
