Awful service department in every respective. My car was there one month. For the first few weeks they had to consult with Maserati in Italy to learn what might be wrong. They changed me over $50 My car was there one month. For the first few weeks they had to consult with Maserati in Italy to learn what might be wrong. They changed me over $5000 for a new AC compressor, but the AC did not work after paying $8300 for repairs. This is the worst of the worst in the country. I sold the car because I will never return to the place nor will I ever purchase an Italian car again. This experience makes one realize just how good German car manufacturers and service departments are. They should take some lessons from Mercedes. More

Claudio Perez my service coordinator was excellent. He made some excellent recommendations. Unfortunately, the time to put new tires on my car was estimated to be 2 hour and it was 4 hours. I was told this was because they only have one tire alignment machine. I would recommend that only one car be scheduled that needs alignment, so the estimated time in not twice as long.
