Arrigo West Palm is a bit of a drive for me but certainly worth it. I had to cancel my appointments at least twice, and Claudio was still incredibly accommodating and I feel offered me all potentially available services within my warranty. I also had a great experience with the loaner car. Certainly recommend More

Since you are insisting on getting my feedback, here it is!! 07/14, I went to Fiat Arrigo and left my car as recommended by Claudio Perez instead making an appointment for the service. 07/18, I went back is!! 07/14, I went to Fiat Arrigo and left my car as recommended by Claudio Perez instead making an appointment for the service. 07/18, I went back to the garage since I had to pick up something in my car and surprised by the fact the car haven't move from the spot that I left there 5 days before. So terribly bad to be treated like that since my first 2 experience with Gayle & Chris was great. More

I was quoted ~$3k for a repair (coolant o ring replacement) and was told that it was mostly labor (5 hours); however, it would take them less than I was quoted ~$3k for a repair (coolant o ring replacement) and was told that it was mostly labor (5 hours); however, it would take them less than 2 hours to do the job. When I questioned it, I was told that the job was rated for 5 hours and that was how they came up with the quote. How is that justified? As someone that purchased multiple vehicles from that dealership, very disappointing BTW, same job at a different dealer was $1,100! More
