I was very pleased with the entire experience as I even waited an extra three months to finally make a decision of the dream truck we wanted. James Wood Motors had all makes and models and I was very particular in the model and style to meet our needs. So, I browsed and browsed and finally found one. Our salesman, Mr. Clayton Estes was very professional and patient with myself and my wife, he worked hard on what we were looking for. He wasn't pressuring like most other salesman and believe me, we have bought many vehicles in our careers. Also, he did all the prepping and was a quick purchase and even fed my pup dog "Sparky". He kindly gave his lunch to her and she was very happy with the Dealership. We even drove out of state from New Mexico to Decatur, TX to purchase our needs, approximately 730 miles. The deal was great, and I truly believed we save about close to $8-9k if we went to other dealerships around our 300-mile radius of hometown. Thank you and we are extremely satisfied, and I would recommend to all my friends and family and more importantly anyone looking for a great deal on sales, prep, selection and overall experience.
