Went in for a warranty windshield exchange, took 3 weeks to get “approved” (note we paid for platinum warranty roughly 13k extra) to then sit for 2 weeks waiting on windshield, and once replaced, wrong stic More

Update: Dealership made it right and they have since moved from warranty group and a new sub doing their window work. The team, Krystal specifically, did all they could. Unfortunately her efforts were caught in the cross hairs of the sub they hired. Review based only on the windshield replacement and the issues encountered there
