I have no real issues with Krystal or Herb, but I would have expected that a dealership as a whole like James Woods would have done a better job on inspecting a vehicle that they are selling. It took over have expected that a dealership as a whole like James Woods would have done a better job on inspecting a vehicle that they are selling. It took over a month to get the car after I bought it because they hadn't noticed that the sun roof head liner had fallen. Then the check engine light came on due to an issue with the transmission and it took another month to get it in for the transmission repair. It was repaired and I asked about the drivetrain warrant that came with the vehicle. They told me the transmission issue was not part of the drivetrain but they would cover it. As it turns out they charged it to my extended warranty. After I picked up the car, I noticed the dash configuration & car settings had been changed and back screens were going up and down with the ignition so got the controller to turn them off and noticed that one of the screens was fried. Now the air conditioner has gone out, the trunk light no longer works. I've bought numerous new and used Cadillacs from Wagner Cad X2, Arlington/Frank Kent Cad, Bacon Autoplex, Massey/Dallas Cad, Lone Star and never had issues like this. More

Messed up my financing. My refund for unused warranty has not been issued. Wasn’t even started and I had to resend documents. Car has been in shop twice since I bought it 2 months ago. Had to wait a few weeks for loaner and now in shop over 3 weeks. So not very happy. More
