I wouldn't go to any other dealership, well respected, got me all the answer they workered hard as a team to get me into a vehicle, they worked with on the price of vehicle, when everything other dealer got me all the answer they workered hard as a team to get me into a vehicle, they worked with on the price of vehicle, when everything other dealerships were giving me the around. Showcase Honda kept their word, got me what I wanted.. I highly recommend this place. So hopefully YOU hit that DONG!! More

Unfortunately, my experience at Honda has been very bad. I have left crying multiple times and no one seems to ever want to help. Sales people are really good at getting you into a car, but once you’re into I have left crying multiple times and no one seems to ever want to help. Sales people are really good at getting you into a car, but once you’re into a car, They never wanna help with anything after even if the damages were their fault. They refused to help. I will never refer anyone to go to Honda and I will not be returning. More

Atul is extremely rude and unprofessional. They bother you non-stop to try to get you to come in and do a bait-n-switch for a car. This man will talk to you as if you are not intelligent and They bother you non-stop to try to get you to come in and do a bait-n-switch for a car. This man will talk to you as if you are not intelligent and thinks he can talk to you in a condescending demeanor. It's easy to tell that he is only looking after himself and not trying to help you. I highly recommend avoiding this unprofessional alleged "expert". His manager Clay is unhelpful and doesn't know how to listen to customer concerns regarding his employee's unprofessional conduct and behavior. I won't ever do business with this place again. More

I know Showcase is known for great service but I bought a pre-owned Toyota & very UNHAPPY with their Finance dept. in how I was treated! Clay helped me with this problem & I thank him for resolving it! I app pre-owned Toyota & very UNHAPPY with their Finance dept. in how I was treated! Clay helped me with this problem & I thank him for resolving it! I appreciated him.. Why would I make so much of a difference with a used vehicle?? If the customer doesn't WANT a service contract, then respect their Wishes!! Darn!! I personally think Honda should sit with the customer & go over the contract with them & what everything means!!! Not take their money from them without them knowing!! It's as though they took advantage of a person coming in.... The 1st finance guy didn't even introduced himself... I asked him, 'Who are you?' He sat there & didn't say anything to me for awhile. When I didn't want the service, he brought in his mgr. & the same thing happened, it was still on the contract. I'm retired & didn't want to pay for it!!! I didn't understand what part of "NO" do they not understand?? Horrible experience... I'm probably the only one who didn't want the service contract... but I didn't care!! My money! the 2nd person in finance didn't even return my call... he said he was sooo busy... oh, sure he was!! It took a day for him because I called the Director. You treat people with respect no matter what happens!!! More
