We stopped in at BMW of Cincinnati North one morning without a appointment. Brad Schultz greeted my wife and I at the door and was most cordial but not at all pushy. Our purchase, from wherever that may be, was for my wife. After a long line of Lincoln cars and suv's, she wanted a sedan. Ford/Lincoln no longer builds a car other than the Mustang. She has also owned a few of those in the past. Our first foray into a non-Ford purchase after 49 years was near. Brad was sensitive to our apprehensions. He went to great length to supply my wife with a car that met her wants completely for a test drive. Only took 3 to satisfy her. Sales Manager Ed Besl had a hand also. Alise did a great job teaching the car's controls with Clay Moreland handling the F&I with care. Thanks again to them all. If our first BMW is as satisfying as the sales experience we will definitely return. More

"True Facts" On 26 Nov 21, I contacted BMW Dream’s Do Come True! Utterly Amazed! Still in Shock!!! The Team at BMW of Cincinnati North is Godsent. "True Facts" On 26 Nov 21, I contacted BMW of Cincinnati North and inquired about a 2013 Mercedes E350 Sport Sedan, I received a speedy response from Salomon Rabinovich aka “Bimmer Sal” who BTW is Truly Godsent, informing me that Vehicle was still available. Later, 28 Nov 21 I received a Email from Jordan (Customer Care Assistant) stating - A representative is looking forward to working on this with you during business hours. On the same day I received a text message from the General Manager Robert Sabbagh,stating he was reaching out and asking what he can do to help! “Dream’s Do Come True” I had a few question’s which were answered as well as a very nice Discount! Once I received the proposal, reviewed it, sent it back, submitted my deposit, the entire process was stress free, seamless, highly professional, Inspiring and Divine Intervention. Coordination was made to take delivery of the Vehicle on 30 Noy 21, I asked my Dear Friend, Dr. Cherry would she accompany me to drive from Alabama to Cincinnati 8 hour drive! We left at 2:00 am (Yes)! Arriving at BMW of Cincinnati around 11:00 ET. Greeted by Salomon with V.I.P. treatment, Top Notch Customer Service. We talked and was taken to the area where the vehicle awaiting with a Large Red Bow! After the presentation and a awesome test drive, I was taken to the Financial Manager, Clay Moorhead, Kudos for making the paperwork process a breeze and the awesome information exchange. Scam Artist My wife purchased a 2017 Porsche Cayenne S back in January of this year the experience was the worst car buying that we have ever had in our life. The My wife purchased a 2017 Porsche Cayenne S back in January of this year the experience was the worst car buying that we have ever had in our life. The purchase price was about 50k. The car was advertise with 40,000 miles on the website after our 3hr drive from Akron,OH the car had not been detailed and when we test drove the car my wife notice that the odometer had 45.000 miles on it. We brought our concern to the salesmen Clay Moorehead and the GM Robert Sabbagh,which neither one was willing to budge on the price. The rear widow shade was missing I brought it too Clays attention,we were told that it had been ordered, that was 8 weeks ago ,spoke with GM his response was that person that orders parts is no longer employed by them and if the part was order they Would send it to us ,if it wasn’t order that we are out of luck. I,have reach out to the dealership on multiple occasions with no response from the GM. I would highly discourage anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to not buy from this dealership.
