Today I was unsure about what car I was in the market for , so I gave Kelly ford a call. I have them my range and the type of car I was interested in , and in no time Zack Nevue found the perfect fit for me , so I gave Kelly ford a call. He personally came to my house and showed me the car and let me test drive it in my neighborhood! Absolutely amazing customer service by Zack ! The managers , Casey, Chuck, and Clayton all were huge helps and we’re super friendly, giving great service and allowing the deal to be as easy as possible ! Car shopping is never fun. Imagine adding in the rain and 3 babies, you could only imagine. Henry (Salesman) and Clayton (sales manager) made our experience top notch. They knew we hand our hands full and th 3 babies, you could only imagine. Henry (Salesman) and Clayton (sales manager) made our experience top notch. They knew we hand our hands full and there was none of the typical dealer/buyer games. No running back and forth at all. Hands down the Best car buying experience. Once we got the deal done and into financing, Johnnie was a pleasure to work with as well. She went above and beyond for us and our kids (who were getting quiet anxious). Will definitely be buying our vehicles there in the future. More

Had a very good car buying experience at Kelly Ford. We purchased a slightly used Nissan Rogue from Kelly. Our sales person, Valerie, was great. Within 10 minutes we had a deal done. Within a few days, we noticed a minor problem. Both Valerie and Clayton were very cooperative in getting our vehicle serviced. Although it took two tries, we were able to get the problem taken care of. Everyone we met (including one of the owners) at Kelly Ford was focused on customer satisfaction.
