The team at NYE were very thorough and worked with my insurance and myself to complete the job. Car required major repair while under warranty. Took 2 weeks for Toyota to send parts from out of state to dealer. Service manager just short of rude when I questioned after 1 week as to what was going on after no communication from him. He implied I should just deal with it because “I gave you a loaner “ then pushed me off to the parts manager who was great- looked into what the problem was with delivery and communicated with me regularly. Customer service rep was also pleasant and helpful. I am giving serious thought to getting rid of this vehicle based on the repair required even though still under warranty. As long as I do own it any future work will be done at another Toyota dealership. Will not purchase another vehicle from this dealer. General manager is constantly on TV and radio about selling cars, but never discusses anything about what will happen after the sale. Have heard many similar comments from other locals. More
