I traveled over 700 miles from Utah, and Joey's deal was still worthwhile after factoring in my out of pocket travel costs, and upon arrival at the dealership the deal was exactly as negotiated, not just close, exactly the same. Transparency is important in my opinion, in business dealings, and this was a perfect example.. Customers have a wide selection of Subaru dealers in their region of the US. Heuberger deserves recognition for meeting their commitments, no excuses, and no drama. More

From NYC, Best Experience buying my first Subie! Prior to going to Marshall, I was dreading the whole dealership / buying a new car experience. I'm not the greatest negotiator, nor do I like confront Prior to going to Marshall, I was dreading the whole dealership / buying a new car experience. I'm not the greatest negotiator, nor do I like confrontation. But, when researching to buy a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, Heuberger Subaru came up as a good location to buy this car. I made contact with Marshall and from the moment we first established communication to the moment I received my keys, the buying experience with Mr. Guffy was awesome. Marshall did not overwhelm me nor was he pushy in regards to selling me a car. He was not trying to get me to buy unnecessary things sales associates in other dealerships try to do. He listed options and accessories for the car and once I made my selection on trim, year and options, we began talking about pricing and I was happy with how we negotiated. After this, I made the deposit to reserve my car, sent the necessary paperwork to Marshall, and all that was left was to travel to Colorado once the car arrived. When that happened, Marshall promptly sent me several pictures of the exterior and interior of the car, which I greatly appreciated. When the date arrived for my flight and arrival to the dealership, Marshall maintained strong communication with me. I got to the dealership and prior to focusing on paperwork, he let me test drive my car. Which was fun, memorable, and flat out awesome! Lastly, once we were back to the dealership, we focused on getting the paperwork completed, and that went very well with no surprises. My only wish was that I would have liked to continue to work with Mr. Guffy on the finance side of the transaction. Working with the financial sales associate, I didn’t like how when discussing warranty agreements, that for a certain plan, my monthly would increase by a “small amount”. Immediately I saw this as red flags and I didn’t like this tactic because as an engineer, I think with numbers and any increase, small or large, in a monthly payment can mean a larger total increase in price. Stating "adding this would increase your monthly by a small amount" seems deceptive. I would have rather liked to see upfront, a chart of different plans and their prices. However, even though I didn’t like this experience, I still went ahead and purchased a warranty plan with Subaru / the dealership. The finance sales associate explained in detail what was covered and the pros /cons of the warranty. This experience I did enjoyed and overall the finance sale associate experience was more on the positive side. But nevertheless, most dealerships tend to have a separate team of sales associates and finance folks. This is my second new car buying experience and now I know for the future what to expect. I greatly appreciated Marshall Guffy’s business and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone purchasing a Subaru, regardless of where you are in the USA, to go with Marshall. Here in NYC, I have already told my coworkers about my highly positive and amazing experience and if they’re interested in buying a Subaru, Marshall is the guy to go. I am happy with my purchase, proud to be a Subaru owner, and thankful for Marshall for making this happen. More

Karen was extremely accommodating, especially since we were driving from Salt Lake City to lease our new car. She was very thorough and had everything ready for us upon our arrival. She was very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. While very professional, she made it an enjoyable experience. Our tour through our new car was very efficient and quick, yet we knew everything about it for our 10 hour drive home. The car was gone through in order to ensure no issues with our drive. Was it worth the 10 hour drive for us? Absolutely! We'd do it again!! More
