Originally from the southern states, Clif has lived from coast to coast while spending much of his career in the television industry, focusing on both creative and business operations. Before joining Annapolis Subaru, he supported a team of Ad Sales professionals at Warner Bros. Discovery, where Subaru of America was one of his key clients. Now part of the Annapolis Subaru team, Clif brings his passion for the brand—and his experience as a three-time Subaru owner to his current role in Sales and as the store's Love Promise Champion. My car buying experienced at Subaru was fantastic, but my experience at the Service Department was the opposite. Cliff Wiggins is exceptional. His knowledge of the vehicle, assistance, and professionalism experience at the Service Department was the opposite. Cliff Wiggins is exceptional. His knowledge of the vehicle, assistance, and professionalism are top notch. His communications skills are excellent - he promptly returned my calls/texts. I would certainly recommend Cliff to others. The Service Department needs improvement. Shortly after purchased my 2025 Outback, I discovered that the driver side door molding by the sideview mirror had a dent in it. I brought it in to the dealership and they agreed to have it fixed, which they said would be easy, but it may take a week or two to get the part. While the part arrived the next day, it took me three visits, 6 hours of my time, and ultimately I was without my new car for a day and a half. I was surprised to find that communication was poor, customer service was lacking and the department appeared to be poorly managed. More

He didn't oversell anything, but we could tell he's a fan of Subaru, which is a great balance. He lets the car sell itself when needed, but let us in on information when we weren't sure and needed his advice. He made the whole process stress free, and enjoyable. We appreciated his honest and approachable style, and not hounding us after visiting the dealership the first time. He made us feel in control the whole time, and never lost his composure even when very busy. Also, the finance manager (Marissa Leach) was a pleasure to work with, and we enjoyed her bubbly personality. The car was an excellent buy in our estimation, but the whole process was made better by the people working there. Thanks for the great experience! More

I had a great experience at Annapolis Subaru from start to finish. I started looking and test driving in May, and leased at the end of September. There was no pressure or haggling along the way.
