Returning to service my Highlander where I bought it from is like returning home. It’s changed in physical appearance to accommodate a larger clientele base, which is a good thing in business. The staff is appreciative and accommodating. In fact, I’m slightly overdue for service right now and will be returning next week. The *only* drawback now costing 1 star is with the expansion, went the carwash. That was a really excellent perk. I hope all levels of management read these couple sentences and decide to bring it back. More
