I have very rarely been treated as nicely at a car dealership as I was by Lucas. He really wanted to get to the root of the problem, understand my issues and do whatever was necessary to make sure my experience at Beaverton Audi was a pleasant one. Mission accomplished. Lucas not only tracked down the "missing" check, but went above and beyond in making sure that my vehicle was completely to my satisfaction. Every person, or dealer will occasionally have problems, You judge them by how they take care of the problem once is arises. I would whole heartedly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. More

At Audi Beaverton, we purchased a used vehicle, dealt with only one person, who did all the work and came back to us with the bottom line purchase price. They gave us what we asked for our trade in, were very friendly and courteous and we truly felt like a valued customer. I will go back for further purchases and would recommend them. More

I'd been searching for a this particular make/model for a while, and the asking price was very reasonable for the mileage and condition. The entire process was clean and painless. During final detailing, they discovered a leak in the rear window, and associated moisture in the rear seats/carpet. Offered me a loaner while they had the rear window/frame and seals replaced. They took the time to pull the interior and carpeting to ensure things were thoroughly dried out so we wouldn't have future moisture issues. While I'm not a huge fan of Audi, I'd definitely purchase from this dealership again. Service was excellent, and Clint kept me informed every step of the way. More

Evidence of dog hair on the passengers seat and a greasy gloved hand print on the driver side door. 4. Lost a large down payment check. While they were good enough to pay the cancellation fee nothing else was offered for the trouble of writing another check, driving it to the dealership and then waiting to hand it off to someone in finance. 5. Carr Subaru says that no maintenance on record was performed by the Sunset Audi dealership. -->Car was sold needing a 30,000 mile check up, windshield wipers, tire rotation and an oil change. More

We did a short test drive and Clint asked if I wanted to see about getting it done. We proceeded and learned I needed a little more down payment to get the deal done. I left to see what I could arrange and I got within $100 of the target goal. At that point Clint went to work and got the deal approved with the slightly short amount. I went back to finalize the deal which took about 30 minutes and I was on my way. In my 56 years I have bought several cars but this has been, by far, the easiest car purchase I have ever done. What a pleasure dealing with true professionals! More
