I called multiple times over the span of two months to the finance department to get a refund on warranties for a vehicle we sold. No response. We finally got a hold of someone and now they will only give the finance department to get a refund on warranties for a vehicle we sold. No response. Lithia Toyota sold me a 2019 Tacoma that is supposed to be "Certified preowned", but the fluids are low, the filters are dirty, the interior is filthy and has damage all over, there's a rattle that a deaf be "Certified preowned", but the fluids are low, the filters are dirty, the interior is filthy and has damage all over, there's a rattle that a deaf person could hear...this is what Lithia Toyota sells as a "certified preowned" inspected vehicle, they are not an honest company, watch yourself! The dealership was very helpful when it came to purchasing the car and getting out the door. When it came to getting things done after the car was purchased, I had an extremely hard time contacting purchasing the car and getting out the door. When it came to getting things done after the car was purchased, I had an extremely hard time contacting anybody. I actually left five voicemails over a period of about three days, none of which were followed up on. I got lucky and expressed my dissatisfaction on a phone call with a different employee on a later day who helped fix my issues. None of the people who I left voicemails to ever called back, however. Not the best look on caring about the customer if you ask me! I will say, however, Lithia Toyota has been very quick to send me 1 million messages about rating them and their dealership. Hard to want to give a good rating when nobody will call me back… More
