From the start of my experience, I was given a friendly environment to do business with Falmouth Toyota. The salesmen were helpful without being overly-solicitous. All the employees we dealt with at Falmouth Toyota were very professional and helpful. We had decided on a specific Tacoma model and they were able to locate on at another dealership in a few days. We called Falmouth Toyota after hearing good reports about this dealership. Our first contact was with Coby. (I forget exactly what happened dur'ing this conversation.) Then, some days later, we received a telephone call from Keith Stanger, Manager of Falmouth. We asked about dealer incentives & discussed what we were looking for. After some very pleasant & accomodating conversation between Keith, myself & my husband, we agreed to give a $500.00 refundable deposit via credit card and were told that we would be hearing from them as soon as they located the particular car we were interested in. Immediately, after this agreement, we received a confirmation email, "recapping" exactly what we had agreed to. Much to our surprise, the car we requested arrived in Falmouth within 48 hours of this last conversation. "The rest is history!". Needless to say, I enjoyed completing all the necessary paperwork together with indulging in their complimentary coffee & cookies! Coby provided us with patient, friendly & knowledgeable help during both of our visits. He is a fantastic salesperson! Thanks go to Falmouth Toyota for their fine, professional and "non-pressure" type business. Not good at names, but the kind gentleman that we dealt with in the business office to finalize our contract was very efficient and pleasant to work with. Coby Signs was the salesman we first me when entering the showroom. Though new to this dealership and to Toyota he was most helpful and, if he did not have the answer to a question, he knew where to get it. showroom. After deciding to purchase a Camry (one in the lot...but not my first choice color) when I came back to pick it up I saw a Prius V that was a color I loved. Despite all the paperwork involved to change from one car to another Coby never complained and kept smiling through the whole ordeal. (Of course, it might have helped that we ended up purchasing TWO Prius cars that day... :) My husband and I have bought several new cars from Falmouth Toyota and the MAIN thing that keeps us coming back is the wonderful service department. Special kudos to them! More
