She knows me well!From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership.the very next day we were treated like royalty and family! Coby was very knowledgable, helpful and kind. My husband come to find out had tailgater with him at a Patriots game and I have cared for his children ... after all I have worked as a pediatric nurse for 17 years and am fondly known as nursebetty... 3 days later I was driving home in my beautiful Lexus RX 350 which was all registered insured and inspected thanks to the great team at Falmouth Toyota!, also when I arrived to pick up vehicle Amy in financing had managed to get an even LOWER rate than I we had agreed to! Living on the Vineyard it's not that easy to jump in the car and go car car shopping, so I did my leg work on the internet. I found what I wanted. I called falmouth toyota and spoke to Coby Signs. I told him hated I wanted, how much I wanted to pay and, what I expected for my wife's 2003 Camry. Coby called me back within the hour what could be done but obviously would have to see the Camry before I could get a fair trade in price. Fortunately I was able to get a boat reservation for the next morning to get get the Camry off island. Called Coby and told him I would be there the next morning. When I Got to Falmouth Toyota, Coby was waiting and already had a 2014 Tacoma Quad Cab Short Bed waiting for me to test drive. I was very impressed. We took the Tacoma out for a drive while the service dept. took the Camry out for a drive. When we got back Cody asked I liked the truck or would I like to see something else. I felt no pressure to take this particular truck but, as he explained all the extras, I really liked it. I turned to Cody and said " how do we get this done". After everything was done I ended up getting a better price for my wife's Camry than I expected, lower monthly payments and not a penny out of my pocket and now my wife is driving my 2011 RAV4. I get my vehicles serviced religiously. You have a customer for life. Than You Coby More

Not once did I hear the words "let me talk to my manager". Coby was easy to work with and I would recommend him any time. The same with Ray. Amy explained everything carefully and completely. I went to Falmouth Toyota because I have been a customer since 1976 and they have always taken care of me. I did not feel that any of the Toyota models were what I wanted for the first time in 37 years so I since 1976 and they have always taken care of me. I did not feel that any of the Toyota models were what I wanted for the first time in 37 years so I asked them to find me a used Lexus RX350 to keep it in the Toyota family. I have beend very satisfied with all my experiences at Falmouth Toyota. They came through with 2012 Lexus with only 17500 miles on it. I thought I was going to have to buy a 2010 to get a Lexus for an affordable amount but they they came through with a fantastic deal. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Taylor in service spent a lot of time with me talking about different models, Mike Conroy really listened to what I wanted adn Coby was great explaining all the features of the Lexus. More
