When the warranty would not cover anything they took it upon then selves to take care of the problem. Jessie of the sales dept took total control and made sure everything was taking care of. Tony Darpel from service dept was also in control of all of the service that took place. Mary also from service was also very helpful in everything that took place. Wonderful Experience We bought a used van from salesman Dante Goetz. Not only did he find the right van for us (in price and usability), he did a lot of purchase paperwork before we arrived so we wouldn't have to stand around the showroom wasting away the day. We really do like the van and it's the first vehicle we've purchased in the last 20 years that I haven't felt "taken" by the salesman and staff. More

I am emailing this review for my mother in law since she doesn't have a home computer. My mother in law's car broke down (after a mechanic said nothing was wrong with it) & had to be towed. Our family felt doesn't have a home computer. My mother in law's car broke down (after a mechanic said nothing was wrong with it) & had to be towed. Our family felt it was time for her to find a new vehicle. My husband & I have bought from Jake Sweeney Kia and have been very happy with the staff & dealership as a whole, so we took her around looking on a Sunday to let her look around. We knew the dealership was not open (which I think is great!) but at least we could take a look. We thought the Rio, Forte' or possibly the Soul. When we first mentioned the Soul she said no. Well once she saw the Soul & figured out it wasn't the "fishbowl" looking box she was in love. The dealership officially opened at 10:00 A.M. but she was excited to get there to make sure the one she wanted was still available, so we arrived before 9:30. Paul Kholman met us at the door & introduced us to Richard Dulany. Richard was very friendly & knowledgeable about the Kia line. He and Paul worked (patiently) together along with Shane to figure out financing for my mother in law & Coby was there & was kind enough to give us something for her 10 year old broke down car that we had towed there. As always you wish you could have gotten it for less $$ but at least I feel the business could have not gone to a nicer group of people. I was even able to introduce her to Tony Darpel, so that when she has Service needs she knows someone already. More
