Well that in itself can be a real challenge. Finding what is right & shopping around different dealers, alone all the sales men/women who would love your business. After many weeks of visiting different dealers & people calling leaving me messages. I had the pleasure of meeting Noell, it was 92+ degrees & felt even hotter walking around the lot. I explained my situation & I was looking, but hadn't made a decision on make, model, or brand. She was patient, allowed me to look, & most importantly did call me every day. During my visit I had the pleasure of also meeting Mr. Sweeney, who is one nicest guys & then we left. After careful consideration & 2 move visits we made a decision. My husband had decided to purchase a KIA Soul. While waiting that's when Mr. Sweeney saw I wasn't thrilled he made me a deal. So not only did we leave with the Soul, but an Optima too. Not only did everyone from Cody doing finance, DJ reviewing our final paperwork, Mr. Sweeney, & Noell who was willing to do whatever she could to help make things easier- This experience was one of the best! I would highly recommend visiting Sweeney KIA More

I am absolutely in love with everything about my car. I had no intentions on trading in my 2014 Kia Rio. But he helped convince me to take advantage of the amazing deals Jake Sweeney had to offer. Great Experience when leasing an Optima Outstanding customer service and courtesy was shown by Ron Rives, Dante Goetz, Brent Kennedy, DJ Moore & Coby Sweeney when I recently was looking to Outstanding customer service and courtesy was shown by Ron Rives, Dante Goetz, Brent Kennedy, DJ Moore & Coby Sweeney when I recently was looking to replace a lease. They answered all my questions, provided the car that we wanted and made the whole experience hassle free. The dealership has the friendly "hometown" feel and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Kia. Thanks again to Coby and your great team! More

He did a great job building rapport, creating a transparent environment, and explaining solutions in an effective manner. I had one issue with one of the finance people and Cody did an excellent job listening to my concerns, acknowledging the concerns, and reacting in a manner that showed he genuinely cared about me as a client. Jesse Parks and Coby Sweeny were also a pleasure to work with. I am happy with my purchase! More

Terrible Customer Service Cost Me BIG I was never thrilled with the service that I received at this location, but the location was convenient to home. When their failure to apply my warran I was never thrilled with the service that I received at this location, but the location was convenient to home. When their failure to apply my warranty after being asked on three occasions cost me over $500, it was confirmed that this is the worst service center I've ever visited. I wish I could rate with zero stars. AVOID AT ALL COST OR IT WILL COST YOU. More

Just bought and couldn't be happier My wife and I just bought a used 2015 Ford Focus from Jake Sweeney Kia and we were treated wonderfully from beginning to end. Dante was attentive, an My wife and I just bought a used 2015 Ford Focus from Jake Sweeney Kia and we were treated wonderfully from beginning to end. Dante was attentive, answered our questions, and never pressured us. When the first vehicle we looked at didn't meet our needs, he was quick to find another that did. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and seemingly everyone at the dealership came over and said hello to our little girl, then made sure they did everything possible to make her happy. Tammy even took her for a walk, which she absolutely loved! Everyone also said how great it was to work for a family-oriented business, and how much they loved their position. The people in any business make the difference, and we'll be back to Jake Sweeney Kia and the whole Sweeney operation for all our automotive needs! More

I walked out happy and confident of my purchase. Appreciated the ease of purchase and the friendless of those I worked with. I found an SUV I liked on line that had a price right there verses other sites that want me to contact the dealership for the "internet price" ... This is a plus because I know right away if it is at my price point before I even start engaging. I called and checked availability. When I came in - the car was everything advertised met expectation. The negotiation was a little back and forth as expected but I felt that the end result was fair to both parties. I did not feel "handled" - the sales guy I worked with knew a lot about the car functionality and was really helpful with my questions. The Manager was great about explaining the actual history of the car itself - I found that very nice and bonus. Not just another car in lot but first hand knowledge was a plus. And the owner was personable and demonstrated all the technology features before I drove off the lot. I have not had this type of experience before with a dealership - this was very unusual and quite refreshing. More

My sales consultant never mentioned this charge, but added it to my paperwork adding hundreds of dollars to the purchase price. Once I contacted the manager I was given a full refund. More
