Got a good deal on a nice car but the customer service
was horrible. I was treated like I was nobody, and felt like I was being taken advantage of because I was a single woman. Will never go there again!

However, I didn’t appreciate being mocked and judged by the finance guy who “helped” me finish purchasing my vehicle. He was condescending and judgmental when I refused to purchase the addition offers. He questioned me several times and wanted to know why, as if it was any of his business why I was refusing. Additionally he told me it was only $20 more a month for the extra coverage, when in reality it was $120+. The perception was he was taking advantage of a young female who was purchasing a vehicle alone.
