He was condescending and judgmental when I refused to purchase the addition offers. He questioned me several times and wanted to know why, as if it was any of his business why I was refusing. Additionally he told me it was only $20 more a month for the extra coverage, when in reality it was $120+. The perception was he was taking advantage of a young female who was purchasing a vehicle alone. More
