I was very impressed by the awesome service I received while looking for a vehicle. I searched previously around at other local dealership, and Dorsche was the only one that had wonderful customer service while looking for a vehicle. I searched previously around at other local dealership, and Dorsche was the only one that had wonderful customer service!I was looking into leasing a Sorento, but couldnt at this time, so Cody tried his best and was able to lease me a 2012 Escape. After picking up my Escape I noticed that their was an error on my lease agreement, that my trade in value was mixed up with another customer's trade in value. I made a call the next day, and they were able to make up the diffence with no problem at all. I am very pleased and have told everyone about my awesome service!! More

This was my first time buying a car, yet alone my first big ticket item in general. I worked with Cody Graf (and Nel). He responded to my emails in a timely fashion, had the answers I needed and kept me posted as to when the car was ready and what I needed to do. After a few hiccups, Cody Graf went out of his way to make the transaction go smoothly. Jim, the accessories guy, was honest and also great to deal with. When it came time to talk to the finance lady, she, too, was really outstanding. The manager on site was helpful in negotiating the final terms of the sale as well. I would go back to Dorsch again however I would not go back to Dorsch if it meant have dealings with Brenda. We also did not like that we had a fill out a review on the spot. It made us uncomfortable and made the review less favorable than it could have been had we had time to reflect a bit. Back to the positives, I would be likely to follow Cody to another dealership on a future purchase if he were to leave. Despite a few frustrations, he remained professional, calm and polite. My husband and I left feeling like we found a gem in Cody and would be happy to go back to him again at Dorsch or elsewhere. More

When I went looking to trade in my gas loving truck I was so feed up with dealerships & pushy sales guys BUT Cody Graf was very friendly & easy to work with we did everything pretty much over the phone I tol so feed up with dealerships & pushy sales guys BUT Cody Graf was very friendly & easy to work with we did everything pretty much over the phone I told him exactly what I wanted & he made it happen. The best was no pressure he recommed the Ford Fusion said it will meet my needs & he was right I love it. When I went to pick up the car he took the time to go over all the features. Treated my 7yr old daughter & I with respect was very kind to my little girl & was happy to answer all her very important "questions" about the car. I LOVE my Ford Fusion!! I've already recommend a few people to see Cody. I was impressed when the owner came out said hello & shook our hands (yes even my daughter). I will be back when the time comes. More

I was searching for a truck because I live in Alaska where the cost of vehicles are alot higher. I came across this one that I liked at dorsch Ford and I called about it. I was nervous about purchasing where the cost of vehicles are alot higher. I came across this one that I liked at dorsch Ford and I called about it. I was nervous about purchasing it over the phone, but Melissa did everything that I asked. She even went out to the truck to smell for smoke and take more pictures. The sales guy Cody also sent me more pictures, (he even pulled the truck inside to stop the reflections I think), and worked at getting me a great price. I did not purchase this vehicle because I decided it didn't have all the options I was looking for, but I would work with these two again in the future. More

Cody Graf went out of his way to help us!!! I should say over and above!! I was a woman that came in with 4 kids during a week of 90+ temps with a "honey do list" from my husband who was out of town. He was excellent to work with, didn't bird dog us while we looked, he brought the cars to us and cooled them off for us and he let us take them ourselves which I appreciated tremendously (sorry I want to test drive without someone looking over my shoulder, I fully understand that is not the way it should be done but he did it and that was what I liked the most!) . He brought us water and he had the patience of Job with the four kids ages 7 to 20. We took multiple vehicles for test drives as we were looking for 2 vehicles, a new smaller SUV and a used truck, which is exactly what we purchased and we would go back to work with Cody in a heart beat! He took the time to call multiple times to see how things were going which is always great. I would recommend Cody to anyone looking for a vehicle!!! Thank You, Mary Jane Quass More
