I would highly recommend this dealership and salesperson Cody Graf. We just started looking for a new car recently and when we decided to take a ride to check out Ford dealers in first Sheboygan and then G Cody Graf. We just started looking for a new car recently and when we decided to take a ride to check out Ford dealers in first Sheboygan and then Green Bay, we really didn't plan to be buying quite so soon. However, we knew what we wanted and Cody was very persistent in locating and making a dealer trade for a matching vehicle from Madison. We have been happy with the service received from Dorsch in Green Bay in the past and were not disappointed this time either! That was Saturday and our new Ford Fusion is safely parked in our garage just five days later. Jim E. got us to the right place, James V. gave us a great trade-in value and we appreciated the extra bonus with the Kia test drive $25 form. Ryan A. helped us with the financing paperwork quickly to get us out in time to pick up our daughter from practice. Last but certainly not least, Cody treated us fairly and with respect, took care of our needs, went above and beyond even stopping at our house to pick up paperwork, and stood behind the quote. Those actions along with being friendly, easy-going, relatable, knowledgable and up-front will bring us back in the future and serve as our recommendation to others who are in the market to buy a vehicle. I was in the market for a new or used car and just looking casual and was driving around green bay and decided to stop by Dorsch. I worked with Cody and he listened to what i was looking for and helped me find the suv that I needed. They didn't up sell me and talk me into buying a vehicle that was out of my price range, I am so happy with my choice and decision to stop in and look around. I love my new vehicle!!! I would suggest Cody to anyone and everyone. Very relaxed and not doesn't put pressure on you when you’re looking. More

We had originally came in to look at some used vehicles, but after some discussion on what we really wanted and needed with Cody, we decided to look at a new F-150. Made an appointment with Cody Graf; we had just started looking for a car and had not test drove a car as of yet. Cody was friendly and very knowledgeable - very easy to talk to. In have a dream of owning a "new" vehicle. This would be my first "new" vehicle purchase EVER, by the way. I started my search about 3 weeks ago. Being new to the whole situation I am far from being educated to what is all out there. That being said I can't make up my mind. I find it shocking that some people can walk into a dealer and buy a car after a short, one time, test ride. I am not one of those people. After my first experience in another city I felt pressured and lied to. Right away, the fear set in. I want this to be an enjoyable and exciting experience. When I came to Dorsch Ford here in Green Bay I met up with Cody and he seemed very relaxed and confindent in his work ethics. Cody made a lasting impression to me when he commented that, I like to make buying a car fun for the customer. I felt at ease with that comment and it made me ask more questions than I would have otherwise. Thanks for that positive experience. I am forever grateful for Cody's honesty and desire to find me my first ever dream car. I am not giving up on this dealership. I also would like to mention that a very, very close friend of mind did purchase a vehicle from Dave and is very, very please with his purchase. Thanks for you patients Cody. I will be back. More
