We met with Cody on Friday afternoon and drove out with a new car on Saturday. I don't think anyone can expect better service than that. I was also impressed with Cody's knowledge of the Honda product line. He was just as familiar with the 15 year old car that we traded in as he was with the 2023 car that we leased. Thirdly, Cody was especially patient in teaching us "seniors" (I hate that term) how all the gee-whiz features on our new car worked. He spent at least an hour with us on our new car lesson.
