To give you more of the picture, after 5 or 6 hours, your dealership was unable to find the second key. Told us it would take at least another hour to program a new key. We declined and must now take the new key to a local dealer to be programmed at our expense. Reimbursement of the fee has been “promised”, I do not hold my breath. The car had not been detailed prior to our arrival, that created further wait time. When we got home we found that a dealer license plate was left in the car. It was mailed back to you today....also at our expense. The survey only gave me a few words, I could have written a book on the poor attention we received.
