We knew what we were looking for, a 2016.5 CX5, so the buying experience was relatively easy, in large part, due to Richard's expertise. Cody, the finance person, was also extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. Cody answered all questions easily and we left feeling very comfortable with the financial arrangements we made through him. We will return to Flood Mazda, as everyone we had contact with, was friendly and helpful. More

We got excited and bought a beautiful new car. The next day we had second thoughts and started missing our SUV. We called Jeff, we brought the car back. He and Cody (finance manager) did everything they could and got us into a new SUV, even staying after hours on a Saturday night. I would strongly recommend Flood Mazda to anyone. More

My wife and I drove 80 miles each to way to see the car and discuss terms. We met with Richard Lawrence who showed us the car we saw online. I liked how he could speak about the details of the car clearly and answered all of our questions. We had a car to trade and did spend a little time negotiating price. While there was some back and forth, the process went quickly. We were very happy when we found a price both sides agreed to. We went back a second time to complete the transaction and met with Rich and Cody from finance. The process again was quick and efficient and soon we were driving off in our new CX-9! More

Not only is my car I just bought a certified pre owned Mazda CX 5 from Jeff at Flood Mazda in Wakefield and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Not only is my car absolutely beautiful, but the whole experience was easy and low-pressure. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all of the features on my car. I did a lot of research and feel like I got a fair price for the year, make, model, and mileage of my car. I also can't say enough good things about Cody in finance. He made the process super easy and worked with me on getting an interest rate I was comfortable with. I will definitely be back to do business with them again!! More
