My wife and I drove 80 miles each to way to see the car and discuss terms. We met with Richard Lawrence who showed us the car we saw online. I liked how he could speak about the details of the car clearly and answered all of our questions. We had a car to trade and did spend a little time negotiating price. While there was some back and forth, the process went quickly. We were very happy when we found a price both sides agreed to. We went back a second time to complete the transaction and met with Rich and Cody from finance. The process again was quick and efficient and soon we were driving off in our new CX-9! More

Not only is my car absolutely beautiful, but the whole experience was easy and low-pressure. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all of the features on my car. I did a lot of research and feel like I got a fair price for the year, make, model, and mileage of my car. I also can't say enough good things about Cody in finance. We picked out the vehicle that we thought would work for us. Upon entering the showroom, we were greeted with happy, friendly smiling faces. Coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of fruit was also offered. The negotiations for pricing was easy, we did the traditional haggling and settlement on a price for trade. The financial person, Cody, was exceptional; he even offered to find us a better rate through another lender which we haddecided to work with. The entire experience from beginning to takeover of the vehicle was phenomenal. .... We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience buying a car. More
