The oil change includes a tire rotation and they wash the car all for a very reasonable oil change cost. What provides exceptional service is the video that they send you while you’re waiting to review a video inspection of your undercarriage and all the components in the under body. It’s a very reassuring inspection. I’m sure at some point when I have an issue after a few more thousand miles, they’ll be able to identify it early in it’s infancy. Back in October 2024 we purchased a 2024 Mazda 3 and Lucas Segura was the assisting salesman whom I found to be helpful and courteous. The end of this July my wife and I decided we wanted to consider tr Lucas Segura was the assisting salesman whom I found to be helpful and courteous. The end of this July my wife and I decided we wanted to consider trading in the Mazda 3 for a 2023 CX5 which I had my eye on that I found on the Flood Mazda website. Thinking of Lucas I called and scheduled an appointment with him so the wife and I could take a test drive in this CX5 which we liked immediately and with his help secured an acceptable trade value for the Mazda 3 and purchased the CX5. Never before had we considered an SUV as our vehicle of choice, but our granddaughter also in July purchased a 2016 CX5 and took us for ride in it and we found that because the CX5 has a higher stance that it was easier for us to get in and out of in dealing with everyday aches and pains associated with getting older. In all we were happy with the overall experience. Both the Mazda 3 and the CX5 have above average Consumer Report ratings in terms of reliability and safety equipment and the drivetrain is designed with an old school automatic transmission as opposed to the through away CVT in use by other manufacturers.
