I must have reached out to them 10 different times and no one would answer or return my phone calls. I have spent $500 after I bought the vehicle between MVA issues insurance thing and parts. This is my 5th purchase through heritage/mile on and I can confidently say it’s my last. I have regretted this purchase since day one and it has nothing to do with the vehicle I itself. More

He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all things car-buying, how it works, what cars they had on the lot that met my specifications and subsequently got me in to test drive the vehicle I had my eye on. He thoroughly explained the features of the car, including the new technology - which was absolutely necessary for me to hear with going from a 2013 Wrangler to a 2022 Jeep Compass! Cody and Gavyn worked their magic on all things sales and price point so I felt comfortable to pull the plug and finally purchase! Derek Morrison of the finance department broke down the numbers and got my paperwork in order quickly and effortlessly, not missing a beat while answering all of the questions I was throwing at him. Hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had. Cody was very professional and found the exact Jeep with all the options I wanted.
