Be aware of the people you deal with there. I spoke with a rep for over 3 hours to secure purchasing a SUV. I asked to put a downpayment on the vehicle to keep it from being sold and confirmed I spoke with a rep for over 3 hours to secure purchasing a SUV. I asked to put a downpayment on the vehicle to keep it from being sold and confirmed there were no potential buyers. Sales rep insisted that they will only allow inhouse financing or cash purchase. I already had an approval through my bank but agreed to run the inhouse credit app as the sales rep said they would beat or match any offer. After collecting all credit info and seeing the offer from my personal bank, the SUV was immediately sold to another buyer per "the managers decision." Either this place is scamming people for their info, or they are simply denying people to purchase their vehicles unless they force you to use their higher termed financing. Shady or corrupt... I worked for hours jumping through every hoop and measure to purchase the SUV only to be wasted. This place is a scam! More

I bought a 2014 prius for full retail price this was not a auction car. Over the next few days it started kind of rough in the morning...and i finally had it checked by a different toyota dealership and it a auction car. I have repeatedly called but have been completely ignored. I'm not happy at all with this deardhip. They should at least split the repair cost because I paid full retail and the car was supposedly checked over throughly and was in good running condition. So I paid full retail. But that was obviously not the case. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS DEALSHIP AT ALL! More
