​My wife and I have been in the market for a new vehicle for over two months, and the process has been much more difficult than it should be. Before arriving at Findlay Toyota Spokane on Monday morning, we dealt with no less than seven other salesmen at different lots. The experiences were frustrating, to say the least—some blew us off entirely, others had no clue about their own available inventory, and several just came off as desperate. ​That all changed the moment we met Cody Pickar-Eakle. He greeted us with a genuine smile and a sincere "how can I help you today?" We were there to drive the TRD Pro and look at the Land Cruiser on the showroom floor. Cody’s knowledge of the inventory was awesome; he was transparent and efficient, and if he didn't have an immediate answer, he was quick to get it. ​Most importantly, he never gave off that "salesman ick" vibe. He gave us the necessary space to chat without hovering, while still making sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and the deal.
