I came into the dealership after having a pretty frustrating experience at another dealership. We had spent hours there looking at a Nissan Kicks that I honestly wasn’t happy with, and they were try frustrating experience at another dealership. I was frustrated and wasn’t sure where we were going to end up. We decided to take the Kicks over to the Chevy dealership, and that’s where we met Vance. From the beginning, Vance was easy to work with and actually listened to us. I never felt pressured into buying something just to make a sale. A Trailblazer was actually something my girlfriend and I had talked about getting for her for years as an upgrade from her Chevy Cruze. I never really pictured myself driving one, but once we got to the dealership and I saw the Trailblazer in person, that completely changed my mind. I got to see it, sit in it, drive it, and really experience the vehicle instead of just looking at pictures or numbers. I ended up realizing that it was exactly what I wanted. In less than two hours, we had returned the Nissan Kicks and I was driving away in a 2026 Chevy Trailblazer that I genuinely love. We also went from looking at a payment around $650 a month for a vehicle I didn't even like to getting the Trailblazer for $563 a month. The entire experience at Chevy was completely different from where we had just come from. Vance made the process quick, straightforward, and comfortable. He listened to us, answered our questions, and never made me feel pressured. I went in not expecting to leave in a Trailblazer, and I ended up absolutely loving it. I’m extremely happy with the vehicle and really appreciate everything Vance did to help make the experience such a positive one. I would definitely recommend Vance and the Chevy team to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

My boyfriend and I originally went to a Nissan dealership because we were trying to find the right vehicle for him. We spent HOURS there and were being pushed toward a Nissan Kicks that, honestly, neither of us could stand. The audio system was awful, we weren't excited about the vehicle, and we were looking at a payment around $650 a month. We finally decided that if we were going to make that kind of commitment, we needed to actually love what we were driving. So we drove the Kicks over to the Chevy dealership, and that's where we met Vance. From the moment we started working with him, everything felt different. We didn't feel pressured or like we were being talked into something we didn't want. Vance listened to us, worked with us, and helped us find something that actually felt right. And then we found the Trailblazer. My very first car was a Trailblazer, and getting another one has actually been something we've talked about for years. So when we ended up finding a 2026 Trailblazer that we absolutely loved, it felt like more than just buying a car. It was one of those moments where everything just seemed to fall into place. The craziest part is that in less than two hours, we had gone from being frustrated at another dealership to returning the Nissan Kicks and driving away in a Chevy Trailblazer we genuinely love. And instead of the $650 payment we were looking at for a vehicle we didn't even like, we ended up at $565 a month. As someone who already loves Chevy, comes from a Chevy family, and now gets to see my boyfriend driving a Trailblazer like the one that started my own driving story, this purchase means a lot to me. Vance made the entire experience comfortable, easy, and honestly really special for us. We walked in not knowing exactly what was going to happen, and we walked out feeling like we had made the right decision.
