Had pinion seal replaced and requested that the chassis be washed prior to me picking it up. I was assured that the tech cleaned the chassis, when I picked up vehicle it was not cleaned or washed as reques be washed prior to me picking it up. They had my car for 19 days when it should have been 3-4 days. I was forced to show up in person, where I learned my car had not been touched by anyone for over 8 days. Communication was very poor.
