They make you sign a blank document on an iPad before they will start the service and then try to jack the price up on you after the service. My truck was spotless before they ran it through the “car wash”. They left oil all over the driver’s side and did not dry or wax. They did not reset the oil life indicator. Very disappointed overall especially with the service advisor who was extremely rude and needs training in regards to the pricing and customer service. Stop making excuses and check the manual if you are unsure on the correct quarts. They do actually “put a sign on the side of the truck that tells the quarts”. It has a Z71 badge on it. It also has a Jim Glover Chevrolet badge on the back. That will most likely change in the near future. More

JIM glover Chevrolet won't do what they promised and are paid to do. They sold me an extended warranty for 40,000 which should have been for 140,000 only ended up being 39,800 miles.
