I had no intention of making a purchase at this time, just wanted to see if the Ford Escape would fit me comfortly. Origionally, I was in the dealership for an oil change. An oil leak called for work on my Focus. Colby Clarke and Nathan Dippy were very courteous and helpful in the service department. When waiting to pick up my car, Colby suggested going to the showroom to wait in comfort. Jesse Scheff greeted me and I asked him if I could possibly try sitting in the Escape. Mike Mitchell went out and brought up the Escape and answered my many questions and suggested driving it to see if it felt comfortable to handle. After the test drive and some work on getting a trade-in amount on my Focus, I was beginning to lean toward making the trade. Mike allowed me to drive the car home to have a better idea on how it handled. When I returned the car this morning, I was greeted at the door by a gentleman, whose name I neglected to get, helped to locate Mike for me. We went over more questions and answers before I made my decision to purchase the Escape. While still working with Mike, Ryan Shapiro came over and introduced himself and told me he would be taking care of the paperwork . He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable with handling the required papers. Ty Meyers, the receptionist, was even very courteous and helpful. I have never been treated as special at any dealership as I was at Bozard. More

Why go anywhere else? I cannot even begin to express how wonderful my experience at Bozard was this time around. First off, Lee Brewer is a saint. This man dealt with me fo I cannot even begin to express how wonderful my experience at Bozard was this time around. First off, Lee Brewer is a saint. This man dealt with me for nearly three weeks asking questions, changing my mind about which car I wanted and then asking even more questions. I finally decide on the one I want but I'm too busy to get to the dealership so he brings it TO ME, so I can test drive it. I decide to buy it and go to the dealership and on my into the parking lot see a different car I want. He doesn't even balk, we test drive it and I decide that's the one for me. So he sells me a car and deals with my emotional break down over my trade in (big badass Blue F350 Diesel) but I'm super happy now. Less than a week later, I'm blowing Lee up again because my husband misses having a truck and he again goes with us on the crazy car buying journey through probably half of Bozards inventory when we find THE one for my other half. He totally gets it when it comes to customer service. Like totally. Other honorable mentions in the process are Ryan Shapiro, Rick Garcia, and Shawn Eodice. I've been a customer of Bozard for about five years now, their Quicklane and service dept are second to none. Stuart and Dawn in the Quicklane have been phenomenal to work with and I really appreciate them. Colby in the main service department is also a pleasure to work with. Go to them once and you'll be a customer for life. More

Awesome Felt heard, went above and beyond, took a couple days to get my issue fixed. When I got a late message my car was ready I asked Colby if I could still Felt heard, went above and beyond, took a couple days to get my issue fixed. My engine light was blinking I wouldn't take my 2006 GT Mustang to any dealer except Bozard Ford. I drive from Orange Park and I get static from my friends all the time...Why do y I wouldn't take my 2006 GT Mustang to any dealer except Bozard Ford. I drive from Orange Park and I get static from my friends all the time...Why do you drive that far when you can go here...I don't trust anyone except Colby Clarke with My Baby. Colby always keeps me informed and makes sure I understand whats going on. I love that everyone is nice , the Popcorn, water and computers and that I can shop at the outlet mall. More

Quick Lane is quick! Saturday evening going up Rt 95 around 6:00 PM I noticed my odometer was ready to hit 20,000 miles. I was approaching the exit for Bozard Ford. I ga Saturday evening going up Rt 95 around 6:00 PM I noticed my odometer was ready to hit 20,000 miles. I was approaching the exit for Bozard Ford. I gave them a call and much to my surprise their Quick Lane was open until 7:00 PM. Colby Clarke and Sonya Roberson wrote up the service order. Mechanics Adam and Cody got the oil and filter changed and even ran it through the car wash. 20 minutes later I was on my way to dinner with a clean and serviced car! Thanks Bozard! More
