The Sales Professional that helped me find the (2) vehicles I purchased was Charlie Max. He listened carefully to my needs, gave me options and guided me to exactly what I needed and wanted. Through the entire process, I never felt like I was being "sold". He allowed me to be the Buyer and he was there to assist me. Truly a different feeling from any I have experienced at any dealership. What a great experience. I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years for both my businesses and for family's personal use. This was truly the best experience I've ever had. The process was quick and painless; the entire Team respected my time. More importantly, they were a Team. Each member of the Team was clearly committed to Customer satisfaction. It was not only my experience; I was observing other Customers being cared for and saw the sincere effort from the Hendrick's Team to help each and everyone of us. While I was there, Al Benjamin, the General Manager came over to greet me and see if there was anything more they could do for me. Cole Cloninger, the Sales Manager also came over to see how I was doing. Neither manager could do anything more..... Charlie Max was living up to his last name. But, I did appreciate them both making the time and the effort to ask me. Finally the least pleasant part/person in the new car purchasing process is dealing with the finance manager/department. Not at Hendrick. Julio Cortes the Finance Manager was a great guy. He was Customer focused and showed a great deal of respect for me and my time. Ultimately, Charlie scored the points with me, but the rest of the Hendrick Honda Team get the assists. This comes from someone would prefer a root canal to going to a car dealership.
