Sal, Cole, Robert, and Jake in the service department helped me get the work done on my Odyssey that I needed. I had a lot of questions and they respectfully gave me all the details I needed. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received, starting with my service consultant (Cole) and the accommodation that was made for me in the absence of the shuttle. Cole was communicative, clear, and considerate with regard to the service recommendations and my refusal for some but not others. He was clear in what needed to be done to the vehicle, and which repairs were more critical than others, which could be deferred. Definitely a very pleasant experience from intake to pick up. I will certainly be returning to Freehold for my future service needs. More
