He is extremely knowledgeable about each car we had an interest in. He is to be commended. He was not high pressure, yet wr so wanted to buy a car from him and we did. Cole made it happen. He found the exact car that we wanted and we were sold. He was thorough with going over the details of the car. We actually came back upon his suggestion to get a lesson on all the new features to be sure we were comfortable in the new car! Honda mFit-A perfect Fit I was looking for a newer car that I could also use for trips to the dump etc. but it had to be small enough to fit in our garage-they had a 2013 on I was looking for a newer car that I could also use for trips to the dump etc. but it had to be small enough to fit in our garage-they had a 2013 on sale -4 door-and just what I wanted-it was a little bit more than i wanted to spend -but with only 28000 miles on it and having only 1 owner I couldn't resist. Cole was our courteous sales person and Norm was just as gracious as his manager-it was a good experience considering how voracious car sales people can be. They even took my old cassette playing radio out of my old car. More

Purchase process was easy, dealer found exactly what I wanted AND gave me a great deal on it. All the accessories, the paint sealant, and all the paperwork were ready before I got there, so picking up was a breeze. In sales, I've met Cole Crotta, Rory Singer and Ed Blauvelt, however everyone there seems knowledgeable and helpful. The finance manager took extra time to personally make sure that I was happy. Since I drive quite a bit, my first oil change light came on - the service department didn't need an appointment and got me in and out in less than an hour. Great dealership! More
