Today, we purchased our family vehicle the Honda Pilot Tourang. My husband and I both had researched the car and payment before we even went to see the car. Cole just made the decision easier. The entire employee staff is amazing. We previously purchased from a different Honda dealership and it felt more business and less family. I initially came into Honda to test drive and get a feel on the Honda Civic. I told Cole my price range and Year which he didn’t have much available for so he showed me a model a year older with low mileage that was a CPO. I expressed interest in the vehicle and a week later, It’s mine. Throughout the whole interaction Cole, there was no pressure or rush on making a decision. My experience over the last 12 years has been honest first class service from showroom to maintenance.. Most recently I leased a 2018 Accord EXL and I worked with Cole Crotta on test drives and price negotiations. Cole was extremely knowledgeable on all models and features I compared, helped make my decision easy, closed the deal feeling no pressure, and closed feeling that I got the lease at the right price. He was very personable, well-versed in the car we were looking at, and low -key in his approach. He was willing to show us a whole range of cars and various levels of leasing packages. One outstanding aspect of his dealing with us was that he talked to me. Focusing most of his attention on me. He realized that I would be driving this car the most. At other dealerships, the sales rep. almost always talked with my husband. Cole talked to me. This was very important to me. He worked out the best deal for us and then did not pressure us into anything that day. We went home with the brochure on the car and decided to go for the next step up model. When we told Cole this, he gladly reworked the numbers. He was efficient and competent. He was able to work out all the details and have our new car ready to pick up 3 hours after we signed the papers. When we picked up the car, he gave us detailed lesson on all the features. He told us we could come back any time if we had questions. Cole made it easy to walk through this transaction. He has a wonderful personality and we had lots of laughs as I explained that I am technically challenged and it will take me some time to figure out how to put my music in the car.... We will definitely deal with Cole again in the future. More
