Cole went way out of his way to help me out. I was running into a lot of issues with my insurance company and he went out of his way to help me work threw it. Great experience! I just purchased a 2020 CRV from Curtiss-Ryan, as my 2009 Subaru kicked the bucket. My wife bought her 2015 CRV from Curtiss-Ryan, that experience was I just purchased a 2020 CRV from Curtiss-Ryan, as my 2009 Subaru kicked the bucket. My wife bought her 2015 CRV from Curtiss-Ryan, that experience was good, so we continued with them. From the start they were great, the salesman that helped me, (Cole Crotta), was super nice, no pressure or pushy sales talk at all. He was patient and explained all the available features and trim packages in detail, even though I was not buying something that day. Cole and all the staff at Curtiss-Ryan made the entire experience extremely easy, the price quoted was the same the day of the sale, no extra costs that some dealers will add on at the last minute! Definitely will continue to buy cars from them, same goes for their service dept, always helpful and friendly. Thanks Curtiss-Ryan! More
