Super good job Cole was professional, knowledgeable, and happy to help me. I had been in 6 weeks earlier and worked with Tony, who retired soon after (also amazing— Cole was professional, knowledgeable, and happy to help me. I had been in 6 weeks earlier and worked with Tony, who retired soon after (also amazing—-I missed him!) but couldn’t make it happen (on my end) at that time. When I returned, they still had my file and Cole took me through everything like it was my first time. Lots of attention to detail. The paperwork was a snap. Marcil was my business manager and he did a phenomenal job getting me the best financing available. Even my dog, Cody, who made the trip in with me felt at home. I had visited a lot of dealerships in the time between my two visits—and Curtiss Ryan is #1 in the state for a reason!! Excellent product. Excellent knowledge. Excellent service. Super Customer Care I purchased a 2019 Honda CR-V EX yesterday from this dealership. I could not have been more pleased. The salesman, Cole approached me and asked if he I purchased a 2019 Honda CR-V EX yesterday from this dealership. I could not have been more pleased. The salesman, Cole approached me and asked if he could help me. He was very pleasant and welcomed me. I told him what I was interested in and he went ahead and showed me the car and explained in detail all it's features. Just what I had hoped for! I was offered coffee and we had a friendly chat. I was showed my options and picked the car I wanted. The process was quick and easy. Returned later that day to pick it up! Dealership was also very clean, comfortable and bright. I recommend. More
