I worked with Cole Leblanc in sales who is top notch. He listened to all of my wants and needs and delivered exactly what I wanted within my budget! He wasn't pushy & genuinely wanted to help me find the best car for me. Definitely the best salesman I've dealt with so far--I highly recommend him! I met with the management team Dan, Demetri, Tommy, Stefan & Dylan. They were all very welcoming and friendly and helped me get the best value on my trade in. The entire time I never felt pressured and truly felt they wanted me to love my purchase and be totally satisfied! Monish in finance was also super pleasant to work with. The reason I gave five starts is because of Cole and Deni, the two customer service sales representatives, and Dan Bortolussi, the General Manager, that assisted me in this endeavor. Deni gave me a business card at a Worcester Graduation when I explained to him that I desperately needed a "New to me Vehicle". Although he realized I was not going to be purchasing a brand new high end vehicle, he still treated me with respect and kindness. Unforeseen circumstances caused Deni to be out for a week when I really needed to make a purchase. Enters Cole to save the day and go out of his way to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price! He stayed in contact with me and answered all of my questions with knowledge and patience. I would recommend either one of these young men to anyone looking to make a purchase at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn.
